things i never learned in college
for starters, how to properly format a (really freaking complex) table in a word document
good morning, world. i will be swearing at my computer and being as stubborn as physically possible while i attempt to replicate the world’s most complicated word document this morning.
stabby. very stabby.
i got “excel for dummies” as a (requested) gift from my parents, and it changed my life. i fear that “word for dummies” is up next. whatever. i’ll need to know how to use every aspect of those programs when i’m a teacher. and when i’m in graduate school, so i can impress my professors.
i’m going to blast britney spears now, and figure out this stupid table.
also, i had this moment of sheer panic in the car that “OMG i can’t meet with my coders at 4 - i’m going to have a 4 pm conference call starting in late october!”. this was followed by a moment of sorrow when i realized that if today was thursday, that would be the case. instead, it is wednesday. and i am wrong.
my life is so thrilling. i keep forgetting what day it is, and my big accomplishment today will be figuring out how to format a word document without asking for help.
